Grilled Cheese Sandwich

This is a fast and easy Lunch or even a snack to throw together when you don't have much time to prepare something.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 slices of Multigrain bread, High in Fiber (1 slice of bread if it's for a snack)
  • Monterey Jack Cheese (Or cheese of your choice) 
  • Tomatoes (Sometimes if I have them.  I'll cook them inside or put them on top after I've made the sandwich)
  • S/P (Sometimes)

You've got your Carbs and Fiber (Bread), and Protein (Cheese).  Yum!!
