INGREDIENTS:
- 2 slices of Multigrain bread, High in Fiber (1 slice of bread if it's for a snack)
- Monterey Jack Cheese (Or cheese of your choice)
- Tomatoes (Sometimes if I have them. I'll cook them inside or put them on top after I've made the sandwich)
- S/P (Sometimes)
You've got your Carbs and Fiber (Bread), and Protein (Cheese). Yum!!
